Unable to Find Feasible Routes
Routing an Order in DispatchTrack
An order can be routed in three ways:
- From the Orders tab
- From the Routing tab
- From the Service Units tab
If you encounter issues while routing, try using a different method. Routing from the Orders tab is often the most reliable, as routing issues are usually caused by the routing engine. Switching the routing engine can help resolve such issues.
However, if routing fails from the Orders tab, escalate the issue to managers.
The main error caused is, "Unable to find feasible routes". Here are few images, showing the Unable to find feasible routes:
Possible Causes and Solutions
- The most common issue is Flag Parcel Routing being enabled in the reported instance, try to disable the flag and check.
- Check if Parcel Routing is enabled. If it is:
- Disable the flag.
- Log out and log back in to the instance.
- Try routing again.
If the issue persists, further investigation may be required.
